From I-5 take the Kent Des Moines Exit.  Head west on Kent Des Moines Road across hwy 99 into Des Moines.  Kent Des Moines Road will eventually veer right turning into Marine View Drive South.  This will be the main road through downtown Des Moines.  Stay on Marine View Drive heading south about five blocks.  Just past the Key Bank on your left is an older two story blue house with parking around the building.  Naturopathic Medicine Dr. Lynn Mikel is posted in front of the building. The office is on the second floor, a sign will direct you to the office from the front door.
