Naturopathic Medicine Dr. Lynn Mikel is located south of Seattle in Des Moines,
Washington. She has a private practice in Naturopathic Medicine and is dedicated to providing holistic care to her patients.
Dr. Mikel has an extensive background in the medical sciences, psychology, and counseling and uses that previous experience
and training to enhance her work as a physician. Her background and interest help her with successful outcomes
balancing nervous system and endocrine system challenges. She specializes in using homeopathy, herbal medicine, nutritional
therapies, education, and counseling to help people find balance and health.

Unfortunately Blue Cross has not accepted new doctors for some time so call them and let them know you want Naturopathic coverage

Sept. 1 and Sept. 15th pm one hour Detoxification Purification Group !
6:00 pm at Dr. Mikel's office in DesMoines.
Dr. Mikel is
offerring another Detoxifiation Purification group that will be two one hour education groups for those interested in initiating
the Detoxification Purification process. As schedules are still busy, including mine, the first group will be Sept.
1 along with the one followup group on Sept. 15. We've had two one hour groups to help foks initate the cleanse but
really miss the weekly check in and support that happens with the usual four week group. However even in two sessions...we
can offer some support half way and more education.
It is an excellent opportunity to learn why the body needs purification, how weight accumulates even when calories
are not in excess, and more importantly, how to begin losing stubborn weight. Dr. Mikel will share detailed information
about how to do the cleanse and answer questions for individual support.
We use Standard Process products to enhance results along with a variety of individualized
protein powders that speed results and satisfy cravings by providing beneficial nutrients. Additional products may be recommended
by Dr. Mikel for optimum results with regard to your specific metabolism.
The total cost for products will be approximately $150 for products used over the three weeks.
The one hour class will cost $10 each session.
Previous group participants are encouraged to come if you are ready for an end of the Summer 2 or 3 week cleanse!
